In a new milestone, Mr. Khalid Al-Dughaim, Director of Smart Learning Institution, and His Excellency the Dean of Lincoln University Malaysia — in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Salah El-Din, CEO of Smart Learning — signed a partnership agreement to officially and exclusively represent Lincoln University Malaysia in the sister country of Kuwait.
